THE PMA
The Personal Managers Assosiation is an umbrella association comprising of sixteen of South Africa's leading actors' agents and personal managers. Formed in 1990, the organisation adheres to a strict code of ethics and conduct.
Working in close association with the ACA,		 television broadcasters, film production companies and several actors' organisations, it seeks to ensure that artists receive fair representation in the entertainment and advertising industries. The chairperson of the PMA is Elize Labuschagne.
 
THE PMA DIRECTORY
The PMA Directory is a book and a website that comes out once a year and has photos and info on all PMA actors. This gets distributed to all casting directors, advertising agencies and production companies. It is used as a reference book during the casting process. It is not compulsory for actors to be in the directory, but is definitely advisable. Barbra from The Limelight printed the latest edition and it’s called PMA CASTING DIRECTORY 2005. THE VOICEBANK   THE FREELANCE CASTING DIRECTORS
The Voicebank is an online voice directory and casting facility for the voice industry. Clips of voice artists represented by PMA Agencies are loaded and made available to the industry for consideration. The voicebank is hosted by Sonovision and the website adress is www.voicebank.co.za
